At ALLAN HENDRICKSON Coaching, we strive to provide effective coaching sessions that empower our clients to achieve their desired outcomes.  We also understand that coaching may not be the right fit for everyone.  

 

Therefore, we offer a refund for a single coaching session subject to the following conditions:

 

* The Client must submit a written request within 48 hours of the coaching session 

* The written request must clearly explain that the coaching session did not provide the expected coaching and what that expectation was. 

* The refund applies to an individual coaching session only and does not cover the entire coaching program. 

* If the Client is enrolled in a coaching program, the program may continue as scheduled and at the agreed upon fees.

* In the event that two refund requests are made within any 12 month period, both requests will be honored under the terms herein and the Coaching agreement will be cancelled.

 

The Client or Company may CANCEL this agreement at anytime without cause.  In such an event any payments received from the client that have not been allocated and paid towards a coaching program shall be returned to the Client within 5 business days.
